I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office regarding Cosper Tours as well on behalf of two individuals. I find it interesting how both victims when they call Cosper Tours they are conveniently disconnected. However, if you call this company from any other phone line you are automatically connected to the answering machine. Cosper Tours will not not refund moneys due from a trip they cancelled twice. I hope the attorney Generals Office comes through and takes action. It would help if we could get a lot of people to stick together and fight this matter. It can be proven that they are purposely blocking calls from individuals with money due. Rumor has it that they are working out of the home. Does anyone have any more information. We will not give up until the money is returned.
Pros: Not giving refund when they cancel trip the night before.
