This company, is small but mighty! A husband & wife team who went out of their way to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had an heirloom piece that had been in my family for generations and it was severely broken and damaged in a move - I had taken it to one company who will forever be off my ""good"" list and had it ""repaired"" I may as well have done it myself. My sister told me it would never look like it did before so if I was that unhappy I should just sell it, the following weekend I had a yard sale and had just put it up for sale when a couple in their mid-thirties showed up and said they had seen me setting it outside and was curious as to why I would want to get rid of such a nice piece, when I told them what had happened they told me they could restore it they way I had hoped it would be. I told them I had already put out quite a bit of money to the last company who said they could/would and didn't. They told me that although it would cost me to have it done if I decided to keep it they would work out a deal for me if I didn't like what they did they would buy it at my price minus material supply cost. I decided what the heck and took them up on it. Not only did they return it to the way I wanted it but during the process they kept me well informed and updated on everything, all costs were accounted for and even after labor cost they were still cheaper than the other company I had gone to. Thanks so much Heritage Furniture Services I will forever be a grateful customer. They also custom built a one of a kind rocking cradle, crib, toddler bed for my sister. Beautiful!!! The only thing I can possibly say that was negative (and not really) is that it took a while to get it done but the end result was more than worth it.
