Review content:
Slow service to begin with. Then, twice received wrong seat covers (first time - wrong model, second time- wrong style). Now I am unable to get money back or a return shipping label. In response to phone calls I've twice been told a manager would follow up (email or phone call) which has not happened. Ordered was placed seven weeks ago so it's not a matter of impatience.
In addition the cutting/sewing did not fit or match my 2012 Scion xB seat backs. Also, and particularly irksome, the method of attachment requires pulling cords in/through/around the seat structure then tying them off. Won't work with seat backs that have solid rear panels that wrap under the seat - like mine. I'd have to punch holes in the rear fabric panel to adequately attach them. I paid the top price for a full custom fit.
I have purchased custom seat covers in the past for a new vehicle that fit properly, attached securely and lasted for a decade. This company and their products are not up to that standard.
