Review content:
Being new to Austin, I looked here on Citysearch and found these guys. They were able to take me in the moment I walked in and in around a half hour I was back in my car and on the road again. The oil change was only $28 which was reasonable. The people were mildly friendly. However, I also asked for an estimate to fix the lights in the dashboard of my Honda Element. I was told a price for labor and told that as far as parts go they would have to tell me after looking. Well just to look would cost $85. He didn't bother to tell me how much the lights tend to run either. Really he didn't even seem too concerned about helping me with that issue at all. The guy also told me that there were some lights in my dashboard that just go out and there's nothing you can do to replace them. Wha? Seriously? I will be getting other opinions about that one and probably doing some of my own research as well. Bottom line: oil change was fine. As far as anything else, I would probably look elsewhere.
