After reading the reviews here, I thought maybe we had finally found a good Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles (I recently moved here from the bay area, where i think the taquerias are MUCH better than in LA). Unfortunately, El Tarasco was very average. The salsa was pretty good and the service was very good, but the food was very mediocre. So, my search continues. Why don't any Mexican places in LA make super veggie burritos like up north? It's very frustrating.
