Review content:
I first became aware of Archer's Meats when I was trying to find a whole brisket for corning (your grocery store only stocks the lower portion). Since then my family and I have returned there for our Christmas roasts, flank steaks, almost any cut of meat you can think of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; for example they showed me how to properly score the brisket for the brine. For people who want a little more control in their food products to the hobbyist chef who needs something a little out of the ordinary, I can highly reccommend Archer's Meat Packing, A+
Pros: Excellent and knowledgeable service with regularly available cuts of Beef, Pork, Veal, Lamb, Chicken and occasional specialties
Cons: It can be difficult to find, the first time it was an accident of luck that I saw the blue awning
