Don't you just hate it when you're told a carry-out will be ready in 15 minutes, and after waiting for 30 it still isn't ready? And when you ask about it, you're told to be patient and don't bother them, they're busy and it takes longer than 15 minutes to cook it?? Then why tell me it will be ready in 15? I usually go evenings and weekends when an arrogant young man seems to be in charge, who only talks with his personal friends and flirts with the girls. Then he dares to bawl out the customer for asking why is it taking twice as long as he had said?? It's really a shame, since the food is superior and the price is right.
