I have used Felicione's since 1995, for 17 years!! During most of that time they provided good service and were customer oriented. Over the past couple of years something has been going on with them and they have turned into an awful service to use. They overcharge for things, when their employess come to do the service that your ordered from them they don't do what was promised but still charge you the same amount they quoted even though their employess did a shoddy job. Then when you call Feliciones to discuss your concerns with them, they won't listen, they YELL at you and then tell you that they don't want tyou as a customer anymore and hang up on you. Great customer service, well Feliciones if you don't want a 17 year customer anymore fine, I'll go to a service that treats customer right, not abuse them!!!
