After reading the reviews, I called.
I was greeted and asked how I could be helped, I asked for a quote, she gave me the quote, I said thank you, and she hung up, the receptionist didn't even say thanks for calling... So I was thinking whatever.
I called a second time to find out if they were available for me to come in today and she said ""anytime until 6"" I said thanks, and she hung up.
I get to the place and tell her I needed to get checked and she writes on the paper and I'm about to sign it and the price is TOTALLY different then the quote, I told her I had called earlier and she GRABBED the paper back and told me, ""YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE I STARTED WRITING IT DOWN"" I apologized, and she didn't say anything.
and to TOP it off, when she called me over to tell me that my car was ready, I went up, gave her my fiance's card (mine is on it's way in the mail) and she told me I couldn't use it, THAT I totally understand, but since it was taking me awhile to figure out how I was going to go to the bank, SHE PICKS THE PHONE BACK UP AND says ""I'm going to have to call you back.""
So I call a friend, go to the bank, come back to pay and she practically throws my keys at me across the counter and just throws the paperwork on top.
So besides the fact that she was totally rude to me, it's a good place to go because it's not expensive and the service is quick, and there's coffee and what not.
Pros: Quick Service, Clean Facility
Cons: Rude Receptionist
