What a wonderful, casual, customer-focused business! The Bare Wall has an extended, custom assortment of framing to choose from; whether you are looking for something that is simple and modern to something rich in details and full of elegance, you can be sure to find it here. Options range from rich carved woods, simplistic to fancy metals, mosaic and smooth tiles, and stone frames. Three glass options are provided to not only meet your budget, but the frame's purpose as well. The owner, Jean, makes sure that every question and possible choice has been visited, and gives you guidance, rather than simply presenting her ideas. She tells you upfront what something is going to cost, what the high and low end subsitutes are, and listens to your needs. Perhaps the best customer service that I have received at a specialty store in the Triangle. I will definitely continue to use The Bare Wall for all of my custom framing needs. Jean did an absolute gorgeous job framing my diploma, and the compliments keep coming with each new visitor to my office that sees it.
