Billy Bob Jack is one of the only places I have dined were when I order a steak rare the're not afraid to toss it on the plate still quivering if thats what you desire. In these times of fast fast food and faster food reasturants have forgoten that people have things called taste buds and that not everyones are the same. Thank God there are still places that believe that people know what they want and thats what they deserve a meal perpared to your tastes.
