Review content:
In 2008, The Theater Doctor installed a home theater in our upstairs bonus room. Inevitably, I had a A/V amp issue and instead of just replacing a $1.5k amp, the Theater Doctor recommended a repair. I also had an RF universal remote issue and received a free trade out of a defective cradle rather than a replacement.
Jeff's solutions easily saved me hundreds of dollars. I was only charged for the repair and the system wellness check. I was back in HD heaven within a week. Its nice to have an ongoing relationship with an expert who can be called instead of relying on the hit and miss big box guys.
