Okay I GET IT. The place is called KETCHUP- well if the blazing red lights and images of heinz bottles all over the walls were not enough to let you know what this place is about....the splats of ""KETCHUP"" on the waiter uniforms were a dead give away. - okay so the decor was over the top- This place belongs on the Universal City walk. We were rushed to sit down and order, we had everything we ordered ten dishes for 6 of us thrown at us all at once ...and had the main host with his walkie talkie insult us under his breath because we complained about the cold mac and cheese that smells like old fish. This place is gross. I cant even talk about it. The experience was below par at best.
Pros: the mini burgers were decent
Cons: bad decor, obnoxious lighting and unprofessional hosts and hostesses
