Review content:
I wanted to write a review after dining here numerous times within the past year it has been opened. After several disappointing experiences at the other Dolce Group restaurants (& club), I had to give a positive review to Ketchup, for the mere fact that the service here is just basically better than all the other places combined. The management has changed over the course of the past few months; one of them (the handsome one, go figure, but it's LA) was rather aloof; I watched him ask every patron around us how they were doing, & skip right over our table, wondering if he had something personal against me, yet he would swoop right down to remove an empty glass from my table without saying a word. Even the busboys had a smile on their face whether they were delivering an appetizer (kobe sliders or mini chicken tacos) or taking away dishes. The cocktail cart girl Amy was a sweetheart, but it looks like she has left & another one has stepped in who so far has been right on par with the previous one. As for my title, just a sly reminder that Tara Reid once roamed the kitchen & not that that should have anything to do with the food or experience but funny how things seem to be much better now than they were in the start...Ketchup has come a long way from its conception for the better...you almost forget it's a part of the Dolce Group... Pros: Kobe sliders, mini chicken tacos, fries, creative cocktails Cons: Mgmt needs to stop texting/talking on their phones & pay attention to the dining room
