I love Uzu! I go there almost on a weekly basis. The owners are very nice and treat everyone very well, especially their regulars. The quality of the fish for the price cannot be found anywhere. They are also very good about allowing customers to create their own rolls. I rave about them to everyone. My sister came from Manhattan and although I told her it was amazing, didn't believe me, now she tells everyone that they have to come to Philly and eat at Uzu.
