Review content:
I have lived at the Heron Club on 2 separate occassions over the last 11 years. Both times I have found that the management was very friendly, helpful, and create an almost family feeling. The first time I moved out was to get married. 10 years later I moved back from out of state because I knew that the management here would work with me, etc. They have always been very nice to me and responsive to any problems I may have in the apartment. I cannot respond to the prior tenants position. It has been my experience that if you live anywhere for more than a year, they are going to keep some money as a cleaning fee. I just think it is sop (standard operating procedure).
Pros: Friendly Management, quiet, well maintained
Cons: A bit pricey
