Please contact me before even considering looking through this apartment complex. 1. The housing conditions are horrible--we couldn't move in on time due to the roof leaking and flooding the apartment. Then we had mold growing all over our apartment and I had to call health services to check on it. The apartment smelled of cat odor, and unfortunately I am allergic to cats. There was cat hair all over the carpet still before we moved in. There were cobwebs covering our porch, which were the least of this apartments worries. While living there, the ceiling constantly leaked every time it rained, and it was a serious problem, having parts of our ceiling fall off and onto the bed and carpet, also making the carpet smell, once again, of mold and odor. 2. The management system is horrible. Good luck contacting them with any complaints--it took me MONTHS to get ahold of a manager, with my daily phone calls to them being screened. I moved out last MAY and it is now NOVEMBER and have still not gotten my security deposit back, which they claim was due to CAT ODOR. Funny, huh? I've never owned a cat, let alone a pet in the apartment, and I even had them clean it when I moved in due to cat hair. The management system is completely unsympathetic to any problems which may occur in the apartment, and only care about your money and finding any way they can to keep all of it. My phone number is (405) 623-7190 if anyone would like to speak to me about their concerns. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE Cons: MANAGEMENT, HOUSING CONDITIONS
