When I decided to ditch apartment living for good, I contacted April about finding a house with charm. I had read the positive reviews and was glad to see that she willingly took me on even though I wasn't looking to spend as much as others in the area. Despite this, we looked at plenty of houses in all parts of Nashville. She was knowledgeable and willing to track down any listing that I showed interest in. She wanted to make sure the house was right for me and would never be one that I couldn't easily sell if necessary. Eventually we settled on a house in the Woodbine/Glencliff area that was perfect. In negotiations she showed her tenacity, getting what I believe was the best price for the house. Now I own my first house and I doubt I'd be there if I had relied upon another realtor. April was wonderful throughout the whole process and deserves the positive remarks she's received. I know that when I look to move eventually, she'll be the first person I contact. I'd certainly want her representing me and not the other guy.
