A friend of mine raved about the doctor and that she performed miracles so I wanted to check it out because I too have difficult eyes and end up never wearing my contacts even though I hate wearing glasses too.
So I made an appointment which was very easy and the person that made the appointment was very pleasant. I am a huge fan of good customer service. I will pay more money to get good customer service because once I get good customer service, I trust the business and that it's taking care of my best interests. The receptionist was warm and friendly as I was expecting. I arrived about 10 minutes late,
But I had my paper already filed out so the doctor seen me in like 2 mins. Vick performed some tests on me and he was pleasant.
