My twin sister and her fiance were looking for their first appartment, we called the owner many times and she was extreamly rude every single time we talked to her. the ONLY reason they still wanted to live there is because that was the only place that had rooms open that was close to the community college. She plainly told my sister, my sisters fiances mom, and myself that you DID NOT have to have credit, and that she had TWO appartments open. my sister drives 3 hours to get there to sign the lease.....the owner sees that my sister fiance is BLACK and says they have no appartments open and they haden't had any for two years....huh thats funny isn't it?!? When my sister informed her that she was the person she had been talking to for the past two weeks, she said they had to have credit. The owner is crazy, rude, and raciest. I see a lawsuit in her future! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR!
