After receiving phone calls and emails from several groups specializing in helping people reduce the amount of taxes they owe, I had a conversation with James Ferreira from Five Points Advisory Group and I knew that Five Points was the firm that I should select to help me with my tax problem. Altho I still need to obtain their services with reducing the amount of back taxes I owe, I am completely satisfied with how James handled the process of doing my 2011 tax return: he was efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and completely professional, and followed through on everything he said the process would entail. Furthermore, I am getting a refund back on both my federal and state returns, which is a first for me in a long time. I have already recommended Five Points Advisory Group to my parents, who want to use them next year, and many contacts of mine b/c I was so pleased with the quality of their work and the results!
