i've been exercising for more than 15 years, and Church Street Gym is the best.
The staff are expert in making my workout interesting and i've never been in better shape than i am today.
It's a great place for anyone that wants to learn to box and/or just enjoy the workout.
There's unlimited instruction for members, any time, any day, and the instructors are professional boxers. Where else can you get that.
You've got to come down and see it. There is a special $5.00 friday to introduce you to the gym. It's worth the trip.
I can't get over it. It's definately the best gym I've ever joined.
