Review content:
After seeing the 5 star rating on google maps when looking for a good chinese food place nearby, I thought this would be a winner. WRONG! This place was average to poor food quality. The General Tso's Chicken was disgusting (ate one piece and left the rest for garbage, and wife did the same). Crab rangoons were not that great (my wife loves them usually- this is the first place she's really complained about). Chicken and brown rice was bland. Nothing we ate was good enough to order again. Oddly enough I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant when I went to pick up, and the service for takeout was excellent. Overall, I'd say P.F. Chang's and Red Dragon (close to 5-points in downtown Raleigh, although I haven't eaten there in years) are the only good chinese restaurants I've experienced in Raleigh. At least the atmosphere of this place was better than the one up on New Falls of the Neuse.
Pros: Restaurant has good atmosphere, good service. Takeout has good service (although they got part of my order wrong)
Cons: Food is nasty
