I went there on a holiday weekend with an appt. to come in from my understanding BEFORE 1 so they put on a new hitch. They turned me away because it was 15 minutes before 1 and their weekend getaway could not be put off for an additional 1/2 hour longer - so instead they lost out of a sale and also someone who will make sure that there crappy customer service is well known - they really should be careful as you never know what bridge you just burned. Where someone works or who they know goes a LONG way in this world.....
Pros: On Hwy 13
Cons: have edged everyone else out - so you have no choice
