friendly, informative on products, hospitable. One time my stylist was running very late and she gave me a discount on the service. Stylists are caring and friendly. They really seem to take an interest in my satisfaction with their services.
Pros: location (on Hall road right by ABC warehouse), friendly service, fresh beverages always available
