they came to my home and told me i needed a new compressor, or better yet an entire new unit, which would be minimum $1500, but better yet $2900.. i called another company and they came out and fixed in 10 minutes for $150...
they scammed me big time and charged me $90 to boot. i've asked for my money back, but haven't heard anything from anyone. times are tough, but don't take advantage of people because you think they won't know better.. shame on you....
a couple of weeks later...
one of the managers did call me and refunded my money a few weeks later. he did not give me a hard time about it.
