I had a toshiba with a faulty light engine, and toshiba said it was out of warranty and gave me the phone number for certified electronics. I called and left a message. Don promptly returned my call and sent a tech out within a week to diagnose the problem. The tech was freindly and honest. Said he thought it might be covered under an exteded warranty. He called toshiba the next day, got the ok for toshiba to pay for repairs. They ordered the part and were back out with a week to install. The tech was there on time, was super friendly and did the job in about a half hour. I didn't have to pay a thing since they got Toshiba to cover it. Tv works like new. Could not be more satisfied. I definitley recommend certified electronics.
