We went to the Bonefish Grill in Westminster recently on a recommendation of a friend. I wasn't expecting much- a seafood chain restaurant in the Denver suburbs? I was cautious..... and BLOWN AWAY. It was the best meal I have had in Denver in 5 years- and we go out to eat at least 1-2 times a week. The service and ambience was superb, only overshadowed by the food. I had the Chilean Sea Bass with Lump Crab meat and it was cooked to perfection, as were all of our company's meals. The price was unbeatable for high quality seafood- the specials were only 25 dollars and included top fish and two sides. The wine list and drink menu was reasonably priced as well. My husband and I rarely venture out of the city, but now we'd be happy to make a trip several times a month for this place!
Pros: Everything
Cons: There isn't one closer to our house!
