I have had two bad experiences at this store now. The first of which was when I was shopping for a bridal gown. When I put the gown on, I liked it. (which has nothing to do with the store but the designer). The consultant said ""that is your gown!! You have to order it now, if we wait one more day, it will not be here on time"". She also told me that because of my bust size, i should order one size large, and 8, or the dress wouldn't fit. The designer was Sottero and Midgley. I went to another store, one week later, and was told that the Sottero and Midgley dresses take six months, not EIGHT as One Enchanted Evening told me, and that i was a perfect size six - and i was shown the designer's size card to prove it. I ended up getting my dress from Bridal Beginings, and had minimal alterations (One Enchanted evening would have had to alter the whole thing -thus making money) AND had the dress in plenty of time.
Pros: Location is Convienent
Cons: Bad Service and LIES!
