Our experience was a ride. First the dress was ordered in the wrong color, then reordered again in the wrong color, then they said it would take 2 weeks to come in it took 4 1/2 weeks, then it was only a week til prom and they never knew when shipments were coming in, let alone when they opened, they told me 10 on Monday and they didn't open up til noon. Once shipment came in they told me the sewing lady would be in a 4 the following day, got there she doesn't show up til the next day. Talked to owner after leaving 15 messages only after my mother handed her the phone to take my call and she was the most dispicable person I have ever encountered. She was rude, ignorant, very unprofessional and refused to take any of the blame. So we didn't get it altered there, brought it home and the zipper broke. That was the last straw. I would never recommend or go to there again, and it is a wonder they are still in business. Wish there was more I could do to deter other people from going there.
