Review content:
I was provided with 3 movers for a 2-bedroom apartment move that took 5 HOURS - only two of them put in a semi-decent effort while the ""more experienced"" mover did more mouth moving than furniture moving. I made the big mistake of paying cash and later found out that the money the mover paid to his boss was less than I paid him. The movers also broke many items during the move. I met with the owner of the company who promised to reimburse me the difference in what the mover paid him (1 hour of time) and have yet to receive the money. I was promised that the check ""was in the mail"" but it never came. When I contacted the company and asked for them to cut another check and cancel the original the offer promised to me to ""make it right"" never happened. I keep getting told he'll return my calls but he never does. The owner is avoiding my calls and is completely unresponsive. This owner continues to employ the mover that stole from him and me. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE!
