This place has the slowest service I have EVER been to. I had called in to place my order ahead, before I left for my lunch hour. (*note it takes me about 10-15 mins to get to this place) When I arrived, they advised me my order was almost ready. Funny thing is, when I arrived two ladies were fuming and left because they were angry that they had been sitting at the table for about 30 minutes and no one had offered them anything to drink... not even water. Since it was lunch time... I was expecting about a 10 minute wait, which I was fine with. Then 15 minutes of waiting had passed, I asked the hostess for the status of my order. Since she is the hostess, she couldn't leave her spot. So she asked a waitress to find out the status of my order. The snotty woman didn't even seem like she was going to find out.. whenever the hostess would ask, she would just say... ""its almost ready"" on the spot without checking. So now 25 minutes had passed, I asked for the status of my order again. Their response.. ""its almost ready"". So after 30 long minutes of standing there waiting... I finally asked for a refund. Lol... when I asked for the refund.. guess what the waitress does... she now actually goes to the back... and 1 minute later... hands me my order. What lousy service. I mean... do you actually have to threaten them to leave before they actually check on your order. By this time, I was already fuming because they had made me wait for so long. The manager that was there asked me if I still wanted my order, I advised him NO and that I wanted my refund. The manager didn't even offer to compensate in ANY WAY at all for my wait. Like ""Oh, I'm sorry for the wait, but here's a free ..... or your next meal is on us"" NOTHING... so he handed me my money and I went to Islands instead. What a waste of my time! I mean a total of 40-45 minutes to get one order out is ridiculous!
Pros: Food is pretty good.
Cons: Horrible staff.
