I am sharing my honest opinion to help others in choosing an Attorney to help them with legal needs. Steve T., you cannot speak for everyone else and their experience. I am not wrong and I am not making my bad experience with him up. He would not return calls, his office was unorganized, when we FINALLY did hear back from him he had his assistant call us. She fumbled her way thru answering a legal questions for us. Serious questions that we paid him to talk over with us. Such as why we paid him and 3 weeks had passed and he had not filed paperwork for our bankruptcy. We showed up at his office the morning our house was due to be sold in 2 hours at public auction, demanded to see him. He had to file an emergency motion to stop it! Why? Because he did not do his job 2weeks prior. There was no explanation, no apology, nothing..for not returning our calls or filing our bankruptcy as he should have. Is this your idea of a professional, competent Attorney?
