Review content:
We've been to Cuba four times in the past year, but will not be going back after the rude treatment by the hostess and the lack of acknowledgement by the owner for our complaint. Upon arrival, we were told there was a table settling up, it would be a short wait and were asked to wait in the EstEstEst! bar. An appetizer, a bottle of wine, and an hour later, interspersed with numerous passes by the hostess, we were still waiting to be seated. I approached the hostess, but she curtly replied that they were full (despite three tables just waiting to be reset), and we could just order from the Cuba menu from the EstEstEst! bar. Ummmm, no thanks! Our gracious bartender alerted the owner, but nothing on our bill was comped nor did the owner attempt to rectify our issue. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pros: flavorful dishes
Cons: indignant service!
