After watching the episode of Split End's I have a question for Shaunna. Would you take the money from a ""Fat"" customer? I hope you have had the opportunity to watch yourself on the show and realized how cold and mean you came off. I have seen shows where once the people see themselves they are truly ashamed of how awful they looked and have since mended their ways. From reading your other reviews I bet you wished you had never decided to participate with the swap. I am a successful business woman, wife, mother, and grandmother and I am what you would call ""FAT"". I have taught my children to look at what is inside a person and not the physical part of that person. I bet your mother is ashamed of your attitude. I come from a small town and we have a wonderful spa that made me feel like a million bucks and never once did I feel uncomfortable about my size. I wonder if I would feel the same at your establishment. I too am a dog lover (owning 3 myself) but never would I feel comfortable having a dog in the establishment that I was having my hair done. Maybe if you put your dog down for a minute and loosen up you will be the successful person you think you are. By the way, money isn't everything. I truly hope you have mended your ways.
