Just saw the re-run of Split Ends. Shauna, you don't walk into someone's business, dressed like a rich, spoiled hoochie-mama, carrying your rodent, and expect everyone to be ""OK"" with it. Your salon is so cold and unfriendly. Your neurotic staff is forced to quickly erase all signs of human occupation immediately upon the client's departure. Wow, I didn't realize that ""butt marks"" were SOOOOO uncouth! Get over yourself. A salon or spa is supposed to be calming, WELCOMING, and relaxing, not a place of high stress and anxiety where the client is afraid to sit down or use the restroom!
