I was estimated a total move time of 3-4 hours, it took them 7! The men that came spent the first 30 minutes complaining about how much there was to move and that there company never estimates these moves correctly and tried to call to get an additional person to help, which didn't happen. They had to make 2 trips because the truck they brought had something wrong with the loading skid and had to save room in the truck to load the skid as well instead being stored under the truck as it should have been. The men that did the move were very slow loading and unloading, not very careful with our belongings, caused a grease stain on the new carpet by not putting a chair onto it's base and lost a piece to a bed frame in the truck which I had to call several times to have someone look for. The company never confirmed the move with me, I had to call them the day before the move to make sure we were confirmed. Over all the move cost me twice as much as it should have and a lot of headaches in the end. Don't use Patts Moving!
