Review content:
This gym is kept clean and in good working order. It is on the smaller side and is lacking much of the regular weight training equipment such as a hack-squat, standing calf, T-bar row, adequate weights, etc. Not very busy so you usually aren't waiting for equipment. Staff is only ok, not the friendliest. The owner is unapproachable with a bit of arrogance. Customer service is not a high priority to management. Also there was a non-negotiable $30 fee charged to every member for ""maintenance expenses"". This charge was not part of the membershipp agreement, but rather a random charge for no apparent reason. The good news is I understand the owner has run into some legal trouble and no longer manages the place. Hopefully improvements will come!
Pros: Clean, no waiting, regular core of people, more like a home than a club.
Cons: Lacking equipment, staff not friendly, customer service is non-existant
