Horrible management company, we paid rent on time for 2.5 years, were late one month and charged over $100. When we moved out we were charged twice as much as we had been told in the walk-through which we only got a 30 min. notice for. We left the house in excellent condition and were charged for bogus fees, including $45 for taking the trash to the curb. They frequently close before their posted hours, don't return phone calls, and are extremely disorganized and rude. It amazed me that the minimum carpet cleaning/house cleaning fees don't even add up to the cleaning deposit.
