I was somewhat skeptical at first in contacting this firm, especially after reading what I consider a negative review from a previous customer. Because of its proximity to my home and learning about some of the big corporations this company works with I decided to have the sales manager Brian Kuchenny come to my home and submit an estimated charge for installing granite countertops. Brian exibited professionalism no-pressure salesmanship and predicated on this experience I went ahead a put a deposit on work to be done within the next several weeks. Unfortunately an untimely death in my family forced me to cancel the work prior to start date. Despite a contract clause making reference to no deposit refunds, Premier was sympathetic and understanding, compassionate and caring enough to issue a credit refund. I will eventually use this company for future work, and will highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a referral. The selection available and the showroom is amazing. Thanks, Premier (and Brian) for your professionalism and understanding customer needs.
