Review content:
A few weeks ago, I stopped in to make an appointment. The receptionist explained that I would first have a consultation with the owner of the salon, who, upon meeting me and reviewing my needs, would recommend a compatible stylist on his staff. So the next day I arrive on time, excited for the consultation, but it never happened. Instead, after waiting around for a while, I was handed off to a very young stylist, who cut my hair into a strange bob that didn't work for my hair at all. Too shy to say anything, I went home and immediately put it in a ponytail and started researching other salons. Unfortunately, I am finding that ""award-winning"" salons are not living up to the hype...
Pros: clean. friendly shampooer.
