Review content:
Got there late and asked if still open. Response was ""NO! so make it quick we are closing!"" Well how rude! I should have walked out but was tired of searching for a part and my wife waiting at home. Drove there with a friend. In this economy, small business' needs to be good and helpful too all customers. Got the part, but it wouldn't fit in the tank...and float was wrong size so it split when screwed to handle. The person who was there would not refund the float.
Guess who won't go back to that store or recommend them. Yes they may have all you need but they lack one thing.....courteous service,,and for that, they lost me (and my friends who may ask for a plumbing supply store) forever as a customer!
