DO NOT RENT HERE. The manager is horrible. You are not allowed to have overnight guests for more then 3 days, their rules are so strict. They come by your apartment everyday to check up on EVERYTHING. They do not allow people over. BROOKS APARTMENTS have the worst customer service and maintenence people.. DO NOT RENT HERE... YOU ILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE. Plus, all the apartments are the worst. Our pipes didn't work when we got there, the AC was broken, all the electrical outlets are broken. The cabinets are built wrong. The light switches are all not leveled and don't work. The bathrooms are not even functional. And they over price. I could live in a shack and get better quality living.
Pros: I can't seem to think of one thing.
Cons: Parking, Manager, Maintanence, strict rules, lease agreement, basically:everything
