we ordered many flower arrangements for my mothers funeral from here. we had one special request that the casket blanket be all white flowers. How hard can that be ? Well we didn't get all white flowers. The whole arrangement may have had 4-5 white flowers. We paid $400 for it. When my family members and I tried to contact the owner to work on resolving their mistake, John accused us of not complaining to him about it soon enough. The flowers were delivered on Weds evening. My family arrives at the funeral home that evening but were too distraught to notice. I am from out of town and didn't get there until Thursday evening They were closed by then. We call in the mistake on Friday and a staff member comes out to add a few more white flowers to the blanket. But we still did not get our ""ALL WHITE"" blanket that we paid $400 for. He admits the flowers were done wrong but refuses to give any sort of refund/discount claiming we should have called him sooner. He screws up and its our fault ?
