DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I scheduled an appointment with this office to have an exam, as I knew I needed to have a cavity filled. They suggested I have a deep cleaning (before having the cavity filled) and I told them I would agree to that, as long I knew insurance covered the procedure. They said they would make sure it was covered before proceeding with any work. I went into the follow up appointment to have half of my mouth deep cleaned under the assumption it was covered by insurance, since they said they would check coverage. After they deep cleaned one side of my mouth, a received a phone call from the office a week or 2 later telling me that insurance is not covering any of the deep cleaning work.
