Oak Ridge Wendy's is the WORST reoccurring experience I've ever had at any fast food establishment. Moved here a few years ago and I LOVE Wendy's. This location a few years ago was great, but now it is constantly HORRIBLE and it's the lackadaisical and utterly moronic and careless staff. Not all of them, but most.
The quality of service and product has slipped and hard. Cold fries that never fill the box. If you ask for no mayo, they add extra mayo and forget the cheese. If you ask for sweet tea you get unsweet tea. My wife and I take bets on what they will screw up before we go and one of always wins. What happened is my question? This place used to be flawless and the people who worked there were helpful and downright nice.
It has increasingly declined and I've actually stopped going there. Don't go there. It will ruin your impression of Wendy's. If you drive down the road a little try Backyard Burgers. For a few bucks more, you will be in burger heaven. Still not as good as the old Wendy's though... Stop sucking Wendy's Oak Ridge, take some pride in your job!!! Management should be flogged. Owner needs a wake up call. This place sucks as is.
