I've never encountered such poor, unprofessional service. I had been using this groomer for well about a year. She has groomed my small dog every 3 months. When I scheduled my latest appointment, she canceled three times and then finally showed up 1 hour late on her last attempt. When she started grooming my dog, she acted like she had never seen him anymore and that he was in ""horrible condition."" i reminded her that she grooms him on a regular schedule and nothing has changed. He gets matted from his coat, so she always demats him without problem. 30 minutes into the groom, she came screaming into my house that she can't groom my dog, he's out of control, she has never seen mats like these. I walked into her van and saw my perfectly calm dog who looked perfectly normal. She continued grooming him. I told her that if she couldn't give him a regular groom, to stop. Instead, she took it upon herself without my consent to shave and BUTCHER my dog. She shaved him down (in December, mind you). Then, an hour later she gave up, rang my doorbell, dropped my dog and left. What she left me with was a small dog that was half shaven, looked ridiculous, and more importantly was COVERED in razor burn. She cut him under his tail so that he can't even sit down. Then she left me a threatening voicemail. For someone who claims to ""love dogs,"" I'm curious as to why she hurt my otherwise happy, healthy little pup. I've received more professional and careful service from kids grooming dogs at Petsmart, not a ""premium grooming service"" like this one claims to be. For the next few weeks, I'll be caring to my dog's razor burns and cuts. Then I'll take him to a new groomer who won't mutilate animals and act like a raging lunatic. Maybe if you can't do your job, you should stop
