SAGA Hibachi Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Cranberry. I can remember when I first moved out here, this was one of my first restaurants dining at. I've been here so many times and each time I am reminded of why I love it so much. If there is a long wait to be seated, not to worry, because there is a big lounge and bar for you to have cocktails and chat with your party while waiting.The wait isn't usually too long and they have a great cocktail lounge with really cool bartenders that hook it up! It's not like a restaurant where everyone is sitting on top of each other waiting to be seated.
I always order the fried rice to go along with my dish. I used to get the filet mignon and shrimp, but I ordered the shrimp and salmon one time and was hooked. They cook the salmon in this buttery, creamy sauce that you can pour all over your rice and mix together for one awesome dish. I've never tasted a better piece of salmon and non-sticky fried rice before. And make sure you try some of their cold sake before leaving this place. It's the best!
I will always bring my friends that are visiting here and will continue to hold Saga at a high throne because I have yet to be disappointed there.
