***NORTH COUNTY GMC - CARLSBAD ROCKS!!*** I was referred to this dealership by a friend. She referred me to Andre. PURE DELIGHT! Andre was personable, down to earth, patient and worked to get me a great deal. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase. Took a couple days to get paperwork done and a few other things done but EVERY SINGLE TIME I went there, I was greeted and helped with a GENUINE interest to take care of my needs. Norm did the finance portion. He was awesome. Again, PURE DELIGHT. I had a couple things I needed looked @ by Service... Norm and Andre helped connect me with BEAR. Bear was AWESOME too!! WOW!. Andre said it best, ""sale doesnt end when you burn gas"". I had the pleasure of making contact with others at the dealership and EVERY SINGLE ONE was AWESOME. Polite greeting/conversation, smile and genuine interest in making sure what I needed was being taken care or asking if I needed anything. I COULDNT BE MORE PLEASED. This TEAM is amazing. I will refer ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY to NC GMC CARLSBAD. Thank you guys (and gals). ;)

P.S.The ESCONDIDO location experience SUCKED. I went there BEFORE Carlsbad. What a waste. They offered me TWICE THE interest rate I got from Carlsbad, no effort to even LOOK at my trade, no effort to even ask how much i wanted to put down. I was rushed and no effort made to work on a deal as they had a 2 NEW VEHICLE purchase waiting to be done.... STUPID JERKS. I had CASH in my pocket to throw down, plus my trade... hahahaha.... u missed out. Next time, maybe you shouldnt judge a book by its cover OR rush. Coulda made a sale. I wanna name names but NO ONE THERE GAVE ME A WARM N FUZZY FEELING. It was more of a ""what the hell do you want... I got 2 new cars to sell"". ohhhhhh... and the follow up call to see if we were still interested in buying something from there... lmao... I told the chick (politely) that we had gotten a better deal somewhere else. She didnt even care. It was , ""oh, ok"" and click!!! WTF!! Dont u wanna know why I didnt return. Dont u wanna know why I went somewhere else???? Where is the quality assurance?? (2 THUMBS DOWN) ESCONDIDO..... YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! ...AND I will be telling everyone I know about yal too! =D
CARLSBAD did everything they could do to help and made my experience a FABULOUS ONE. Go to CARLSBAD. Skip Escondido. THEY SUCK.
