She takes time to listen to you and then will tell you her thoughts and wait for your answer.
If you have a problem you call and leave a message and she gets back to you within a few hours.
If you have a real problem she squeezes you in so you get help quickly. She never leaves you waiting to long.
I highly recommend Dr. Anzola and Axcent Audiology.
